Outside

This winter has been sooooo cold! We try to get outside every once in awhile when the weather is decent.  Both boys love to be outside and sometimes Madden even throws a little fit when we come in.  I can't wait for spring/summer!

Madden's first hair cut

I loved Madden's long hair but it was getting into his eyes so I guess it was time to do something about it.  He has watched Heisman get his haircut a few times and he did great! He looks like such a big boy now.  I miss the long hair.... maybe we'll wait awhile before getting it cut again.

Basketball

We signed Heisman up for parks and rec basketball this winter.  I wouldn't say he loves it but he doesn't hate it either. He does a great job of running quickly up and down the court and has even made a few baskets! Madden loves to watch Heisman and has a really hard time sitting still.  He wants to play!

Christmas program

This was the cutest thing ever!!!!  I loved watching Heisman and his class sing! He also loved it and it was like he was just singing to me because once he spotted me, he kept his eyes on me almost the entire time :) He waved at us in between songs and even gave a shout out to Madden! Ha! Every minute of the program was adorable.

Christmas

Christmas was so fun this year!  Heisman has been trying to be good for his Elf on the Shelf Buster and can't wait to open the presents under the tree.  Luckily I only put them out a week before xmas because he asks multiple times a day if he can open "just one."  I was pretty surprised how into opening presents Madden was. He did a really good job of ripping off the paper and even though Heisman wanted to help, he really didn't need it.  Santa brought Zoomer the Robot Puppy for Heisman and a different little puppy for Madden.  Plus, a basketball hoop, balls, cones, candy, a hawkeye chair and socks :)
