Playtime pictures

I was trying to get some pictures of the boys for a father's day gift idea for Tony.  Heisman was very cooperative and creative - Madden would barely look at me!!!

Baseball

This was Heisman's second year in t ball and it was awesome to see how much he improved! Last year he loved the hitting and running bases but wasn't that excited about the outfield.  This year he loved it all and went after the ball almost every time. Tony and I even had to tell him to back off and let some of his teammates get a chance to get the ball! The funniest part about him getting the ball is that he will proudly hold it up and show it to me and Tony before throwing it to 1st base :) He was also the only one who slid into home plate.  They don't teach that yet but he learned it from watching his cousins.  Madden did great cheering him on and he cannot wait until it's his turn to play ball!

Summer!!!!

It's finally summer and I am getting caught up on the housework and this blog! The best part is just hanging with the boys! We love to be outside and have been busy with baseball, golf, swimming and just playing. We are staying up way to late but who cares - it's summer!
Madden is talking like crazy and it's so cute. Heisman is doing a little art/game class in June with other 4-5 year olds, baseball and then vacation bible school. He keeps asking Tony to make a fire so we can make some smores! Hopefully soon!

Love the pool!! Heisman goes down the slide and jumps in by himself but is not going under water yet. Maybe this summer! Madden loves to go down the slide (with me) and play with dive toys.

One day we went on a worm hunt. Lately we have been hunting for bugs daily. We have caught spiders, flies (ha) and one caterpillar.

May Day

I love that our neighborhood celebrates May Day! Although it was a little chilly and Madden didn't want to deliver the treats - just eat them - we enjoyed giving and receiving them!

Easter

We did a few egg hunts this spring and Madden was great at getting eggs and great at wanting to eat the candy right away! I had Kinley help Heisman at one of them because Tony was out of town and I couldn't be with both boys so together they got soooo many eggs! I actually threw a big chunk of them out of Heisman's bucket because he had too many. It was great weather and we had lots of fun!

Spring is here!

These two are total boy! Love outside and love to get dirty. We are ready for the warm weather after that long cold winter! Madden is Heisman's little shadow and wants to do everything his brother does.  So cute! Heisman is growing up so fast and is really a great help.
